Dr. Joshi and team were extremely kind, patient, and understanding from scheduling my initial appointment to the end of my procedure. As someone who is very anxious when it comes to dental work I appreciated each individual who made sure I was comfortable and understood exactly what was going on. They listened to my concerns and only did what I felt comfortable with. I will recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

This was my first visit today and it certainly won’t be my last. The entire staff made me feel like I was the most important patient they ever had. Victoria at the front desk was very nice and helpful with the forms that had to be filled out,Laurie listened to all my concerns and made me comfortable. The nurse taking my x-rays did everything to make it a pleasant experience and Dr.Joshi took the time to explain everything in great detail and in a way that was easy to understand. This experience was far beyond my expectations.

I’ve been to a lot of dentists (independent as well as local and national chains). This was the best experience among all of them. Professional, welcoming and engaging staff. Dentist carefully explained the procedure and was genuinely interested in my comfort. The work was top-notch. Highly recommend.

I had such an amazing experience at Cresta Dental Implants. First off I was able to get in to see the team IN JUST A WEEK. From the very start the pleasant receptionist was waiting right there to check in. I didn’t have to fill out any paperwork, they sent it electronically the night before. The tech (?) Alyssa was AMAZING. She had such a bright friendly personality. Kept checking in with me to see how I was feeling. Then Dr Joshi stepped in to take a look and discuss options. He was very open and honest about the options. They did the extraction of the broken tooth right then. There was a third staff member (Jennifer maybe?) that helped during the procedure. She was so kind and reassuring. Kept checking in with me, put her hand on my shoulder a few times which was such a comfort with how anxious I was. Appointment ended with Victoria who helped me check out and make my follow up appointment. She kindly passed on a thank you to Alyssa since I wasn’t able to say goodbye and thank you. I’m so glad I went with this recommendation. It was work the 40 minute drive! Thank you to Dr. Joshi and his amazing team ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Went in very nervous, but immediately the staff made me feel welcomed even just in the waiting room. Once I got back in the chair the staff was very thorough of what was to be expected during the whole process. The Dr. was also extremely friendly and helpful. During the extraction staff stood by me every step of the way encouraging me through the process. My experience was amazing and very quick as well!

The entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! I had been experiencing wisdom teeth pain and one was infected and needed out asap! Every other office I called was booking out past June and Cresta was able to get me in the next morning! The Dr. was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions and soothe any concerns I had, given this being my first time being put under and getting an IV. Loved the staff and would highly recommend.
